Nathalie's great at taking poorly defined tasks from start to finish. Not only is she excellent at using marketing tools like Canva, Buffer, and the latest AI tools like ChatGPT, Grammarly, and Surfer SEO, but what impressed me most was her ability to learn on the job. I gave her a design style guide, 30–60 minutes of training on how to use WordPress, and the email for technical support, and she built not one, but two blogs for me.
